OIST Groups (groups.oist.jp) is an installation of Drupal 6 Organic Groups, but you don't need to understand that in order to use it. OIST Groups is a single website inside of which the Site Administrator can create subsites, each of which is a Group Site with manager(s) (Administrative Member).
